My name is Andy
As a leader for over 12 years who is an introvert, I do not fit the mould of what people think a traditional leader should be. I'm a strong advocate that we are all different and everyone can be a leader if they choose to.
There should be no prescribed style of leadership, some of the most successful leaders are introverts. We listen, relfect and plan before we act.
But how do you master the art of quiet leadership. I hope to open the eyes of current, new and future leaders, mso that you too can lead in a subtle more empathetic way, to allow your people to thrive and produce their best work.
